If you ’re on a budget and short on meter , eating well during the calendar week while keep it exciting can be a challenge . So here ’s how to stretch that raspberry to make exercise of every part of it , and have something delicious to search forward to every nighttime .
Tip : get your shopping done on Sunday for the week . Most of the ingredient below can continue in your fridge and pantry for a long time so these are easy repeat recipes ! Also , all of the follow formula make for great remnant for lunch . And do n’t discombobulate out any of the volaille bones . We ’ll be using them on Day 5 !

Day 1: Chicken pesto pasta
Pesto pastais a classic , and peculiarly delicious in the summer months when basil is in season . Make the meal more substantial with the summation of volaille . This dish can be enjoyed hot or cold .
