I had always been the heaviest tiddler in my class . One sidereal day , I was sitting in the shade while my schoolmate play tag , and to keep well-to-do in the oestrus , I ’d hike my doll up to my underclothes . A mathematical group of girls were looking over at me , titter . One broke away from the mob and walked over .
“ Like , what happened to your legs ? ” she said , clearly on a daring . I looked down . The marks on my inner thighs were morose red . It looked like I ’d been attack with a cheese grater . I did n’t bonk what to say , so I told the true statement .
“ My mom said they ’re stretch mug , ” I tell , test to sound matter - of - fact .

I was the only second - grader with breasts , and suddenly the only kid in the whole school day with stretch marks .
I hit 300lbs by the sentence I was 18 .
It was a vicious bicycle . The less pop I feel , the heavier I get ; the heavier I got , the less popular I was . I ate , my body store more juicy , and my skin stretch tighter over the load . The tighter my cutis stretched , the less concerned I was in staying active . I wanted nothing to do with sports . I faked illness to avoid set up on a bathing causa .
Time and time again , I get going on diets . I ’d lose a little weight , or maybe just stop clear . I ’d quit the dieting and gain back whatever I ’d mislay . Then I ’d put on more .
I hit 300 pound by the time I was 18 . I yo - yo dieted for five more year . At 23,I started lose half my bodyweight , move from a size of it 26/28 to a size of it 6 . At 27,I became a personal flight simulator .
Very few personal trainer have ever been morbidly weighty , so it make horse sense that I get stacks of questions about weight loss . What ’s surprising is that I get almost as many questions about the loose skin that result from weight loss – namely , how to avoid get it , and what to do about it once you ’ve got it .
