If you could be a fly on the rampart in your favorite eating place ’s kitchen … you better get the hell out of there before the wellness department comes . Why would you need your favorite eating house shut down ? ! Regardless , chefs in restaurant kitchen have plenty of opinions , and if you hang out in one long enough , you ’ll belike listen a few . But there are some matter you’llneverhear a chef say .
Things they’ll never say about customers
" We better make this dish thoroughgoing , I hear the customer ’s a Yelper . "
" Everyone gather ' cycle for this bit of bang-up news ! A customer modified a bag we deliberately created in a very specific way ! "
" I respect any customer who order a dish and then asks me to plate it so that none of the food touch . "

Things they’ll never say about servers
" I feel unfit for those server – they must have super - well-worn hands from rolling all that silverware . "
" Those server run right smart hard than me , and are even off fair for their hard body of work ! "
" Cooking for 1,200 hoi polloi is a cakewalk compared to servers who have to write down the names of dishes on a notepad . "

" Wow , my bank balance this calendar month is crazy gamey due to all the hours I ’ve put in ! "
" Can I tip out the servers tonight for work so hard ? "
" No seriously , those servers deserve every penny they earn . "

" That ’s 365 uncoiled days where no one working here is hungover ! "
" When my shimmy ’s over , I ’m break down to have a single crapulence at the bar and go home . It ’s important for me to show up tomorrow for work and not be hungover . "
" My boss is the sound – he said I did n’t have to show up for piece of work tomorrow if I ’m too hungover . "

" I ’m so glad I can always take off as much prison term as I call for . "
