Almost every day I sit down in a deep brown workshop in Venice , California to form on AboutTheStart.com .
I always wonder what everyone else is doing .
So this Tuesday around 12:30pm , my ally Andrew and I make up one’s mind to ask everyone at theDeus Ex Machinacoffee shop what they were doingat that precise moment .

As you would imagine , getting out of your chair and interrupting every person you see hard at work is a somewhat scary theme and enough to make you doubt if it ’s even deserving doing . As a matter of fact , Andrew , who really liked the musical theme initially , did n’t want to do it once we were at the coffee shop . But once he saw that the first few people I talked to seemed to be delighted by our experiment , he grab his notepad and lead off enquire questions as well ( we included a surprising note on our experimentation at the end of this article ) .

As I mentioned originally , our brains were pleading with us not to talk to anyone in the coffee shop class .
As soon as we ’d finished though , the both of us were BEAMING .

It felt absolutely astonishing to connect with all these citizenry who were antecedently part of the desktop . We had small conversations , divvy up many , smiles and jape , and allow the coffee shop class overflowing with energy and bare-ass joy .
We kept telling each other , " That was amazing ! I love multitude ! This commute everything ! I ca n’t wait to say hi next metre I go back ! "
We ’re still sue how playfulness and unexpectedly pleasant the experience was , but we ’re not sure what to do with this information yet .
